Sales Team Manager (Provider Growth)
Description
As the founding Sales Team Manager at Grow Therapy, you’ll play a huge role in building the Provider Growth team who will expand our provider network, directly impacting thousands of therapists across the United States.
You’ll recruit, train, and lead a distributed team of 10+ recruiters, all of whom care deeply about helping our providers achieve their dreams in private practice. You’ll also be responsible for optimizing conversion on existing inbound channels, working with our Growth Marketing team on new channels, and managing provider communications through our CRM.
After just a few months, you’ll be our resident expert in provider recruitment, remote team engagement, and inbound funnel optimization. You’ll see your impact through provider signups, conversion by market, and inbound NPS. Most importantly, you’ll know that you’ve been part of making providers’ lives better….and through that, making mental healthcare more accessible to all.
What You'll Do
- Recruit and standup the training and sales methodology for the Provider Growth Team
- Manage and coach a remote team of 10+ recruiters
- Proactively identify and evaluate opportunities for new channels for engaging and onboarding providers
- Manage our CRM and provider communications from first touch to signing (and beyond!)
- Analyze data and present metrics-driven insights from providers to the larger org
Requirements
- Mission-driven and passionate about making a difference for mental health providers
- Prior experience managing a high-performing sales team(s) at a startup or fast growing small business
- Committed coach who is enthusiastic about training, mentoring, and inspiring a high velocity sales organization
- Thoughtful and diplomatic communicator and relationship builder
- Process driven and committed to operational excellence (attention to detail, tech-savviness)
Bonus (great to have but not required):
- Venture-backed startup experience in team management
- Experience working in healthcare or with mental health providers
- Experience developing and managing both outbound and inbound recruitment channels
