Sales Trainer and Coach

You will have the opportunity, based on your prior experience, to use your sales, training and coaching skills to transform a high growth sales organization that is transforming an industry in an energetic, collaborative, egoless, ‘get stuff done’ culture.

To date we have more than doubled revenue and significantly increased market share without a structured sales effectiveness team or a structured training program. Your work will enable the overall sales team to increase win rates, reduce the overall sales cycle and accelerate time to first sale.

If you are interested, here’s what year one is all about:

  • Delivering and driving impactful, engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions and long-term programs for both
    onboarding, ongoing and advanced training
  • Facilitating peer-to-peer and crowdsourcing learning
  • Coaching account executives as well as well as front-line sales managers
  • Certifying account executives on white boarding, role play and simulation exercises
  • Partnering with sales, customers and internal groups such as product management, marketing and agent success to help define the key skill and knowledge gaps and ensure that we are providing the right solutions

Desired Skills and Experience

  • You should have at least 5 years of sales experience
  • Proven experience delivering highly engaging, high impact training for sales audiences
  • Background in a SaaS or high growth organization. We are growing quickly and we move fast.
  • Prior experience with ‘emotional sales’ in which you have spoken to people’s desire to change their career, business
    or lifestyle is a bonus

  • Strong ability to apply interactive training techniques and facilitation to engage an audience
  • Creativity and ability to think outside the box and in real-time to help sellers take specific action to get the right outcomes. This is a dynamic organization with driven individuals requiring people that dream big, learn quickly from reality and are solutions driven
  • Get it done attitude with a strong sense of team spirit and an ability to work without ego.
  • Strategic problem solver: you look beyond the immediate task to understand the business issue, what the organization is trying to solve for and apply the right solution
  • Relationship builder. You should have an ability to quickly build and earn trust through deep understanding of your audience, business experience and application of best training and facilitation practices
