Responsibilities:
- Educate and train repeatable sales techniques to entry level hires
- Uphold and enforce best in class sales processes
- Effectively monitor trainee’s outbound calls, pipeline and overall day to day efforts to provide guidance and feedback to enhance performance
- Communicate our company mission and product value to your team through developed training
- Evaluate talent and anticipate long term success from new hires
- Communicate training progress and expected success to upper management
- Become an expert in the local marketing ecosystem
- Become an expert in Signpost's product and services
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
- 1-3 years SaaS Sales Training experience
- Located in (or willing to relocate to) New York City
- Ability to work in an expanding and changing environment
- Strong verbal communication skills with consultative professional business acumen
- Knowledge of the industry and market
- Motivated to work hard and develop team talent
