Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product and fellow technologists to proactively administer our salesforce instance (Sales/ Service Cloud)
  • Build and maintain custom objects/ fields, validation rules, layouts, reports, dashboards, profiles, lightning flows, email templates to optimize business processes and Salesforce App integrations
  • Complete regular internal system audits and updates
  • Perform database maintenance tasks and duplicate entry cleansing
  • Help us continually improve by running A/B tests on our current practices to figure out what works best
  • Identify new ways to measure our performance that help us run our business smarter
  • Work with our data engineering, product, tech, and marketing teams to better harness our data (or capture new data) and apply it to concrete business challenges

Required Skills and Experience:

  • 3 years+ of experience administering salesforce organizations to meet business requirements
  • Ability to use out-of-the-box SFDC functionality as well as building custom solutions or implementing app exchange applications
  • Experienced with workflows/ process builders and lightning flows
  • Salesforce.com Admin certification (Advanced preferred)
  • Comfortable with data: management, manipulation, visualization, and reporting
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel
  • Some knowledge of SQL
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and analytical
  • Team player with strong communication abilities
  • Comfortable in the fast-paced, high growth environment of a startup
  • Enthusiastic about learning and sharing ideas and strategies that can help our sales team succeed
