We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator who will be responsible for optimizing and administering our instance of Salesforce. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Sales Operations, this role will be pivotal in defining our CRM strategy and driving adoption and usage across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal teams to identify the best ways to use Salesforce and the best solutions to complex business problems
- Support our team of Salesforce users and help drive adoption of new features
- Proactively seek out, identify and implement needed system changes
- Project manage all changes rolled out to Salesforce ensuring that all users understand changes prior to rollout
- Create and maintain fields, views, reports, dashboards, campaigns, triggers, validations and other salesforce.com objects and functions, including creating custom objects when necessary
- Monitor and improve data quality
- Manage third party integrations being used in Salesforce
Requirements
- One or more active Salesforce Certifications, preferably Administrator, Advanced Administrator, or App Builder
- Experience migrating a Salesforce org to Lightning a plus
- Familiarity leveraging APIs to move information between SaaS applications and databases.
- Previous experience with Pardot, Zendesk, Slack and SalesLoft preferred
- Comfortable expressing complex ideas in easy-to-understand ways
- Experience in Apex, Visualforce, SOQL, Workflow, ProcessBuilder

- BS/BA degree
- 3+ years of experience in prior Salesforce administration roles and ideally having worked closely with sales organizations
