We're rapidly growing and looking for a Salesforce Admin who also loves learning new systems and applications that integrate with Salesforce.

What you’ll be doing
- Serve as a System Administrator for the Salesforce.com environment with 25+ users and growing rapidly
- Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, workflows, integrations and other routine tasks such as updating fields
- Manage a complex database infrastructure that ties together several cross-functional systems and ensure data integrity
- Complete regular internal system audits and updates
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex data issues across multiple objects
- Assist in training of users, and grow the Salesforce.com skill set across the organization
- Perform database maintenance tasks and duplicate entry cleansing
- Importing and exporting data for bulk updating
- Preparing basic reports for Sales and other departments
- Documenting all Salesforce.com processes, workflows and field management
- Work with other systems that integrate with Salesforce and hold the standard for data in our systems
- Evaluate salesforce.com ecosystem tools to improve the Alloy sales process
Who we’re looking for
- Minimum five years of experience as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Ability to assess the impact of new requirements on Salesforce.com and all upstream and downstream applications, systems and processes
- Ability to identify cascading database implications when system changes are suggested and advise appropriately
- Familiarity with Process Builder, Product Books and managing custom objects
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upwards
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Must demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Must demonstrate ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Strong data management abilities
- Strong attention to detail
- Appetite for learning new systems and working collaboratively across the company
- A demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
