We are responsible for access management, SaaSops, traditional software, hardware, and the networking infrastructure at our offices. We are committed to automating as much as possible to make it easier for our staff to support themselves, while still providing them white-glove service. We are always looking at the latest tech to see how we can incorporate it into the business and working with Procurement to roll it out to staff. We work closely with Security to make sure our staff is kept safe from any zero-day exploits through our Mac-based management tool. We know the right tools and automation are a force multiplier for the continued success of a fast growing business.

In this role, you will serve as the primary systems support and admin for Salesforce. You will be architecting the functionality of Salesforce in partnership with B2B team leadership, assisting in the buildout and integration of Salesforce with other B2B applications. You aren’t shy to ask the B2B or IT team questions when you are stuck on a request. When you aren’t tackling requests, you are thinking about how to improve the efficiency of the tools to ensure the teams can move with speed to grow.

This role is remote eligible. Colorado has an annual starting salary of $81,000, a competitive equity package, health, dental and vision benefits, and a 401(k) offering. This job may also be eligible for variable compensation in the form of an incentive bonus. The actual pay may be higher depending on your skills, qualifications, and experience. 

A Day in the Life: 

  • Serve as the system administrator and provide day-to-day support for Salesforce
  • Own all the administrative functions including user access, account maintenance, reports, workflows and permissions
  • Manage the integrations of multiple systems and perform regular audits to ensure up-to-date processes and features
  • Work with stakeholders to interpret and execute on system requirements for efficient and rapid growth
  • Document new processes, procedures and manage trainings for new hires on Salesforce and other relevant internal tools
  • Assisting the IT team with the administration of other B2B apps (e.g. Highspot, Outreach, Zapier)
  • Attend conferences or classes to further your skills and knowledge

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Experience owning business systems in B2B/SaaS organizations
  • Experience admining/configuring with Zapier, Outreach, and Hubspot
  • High-level understanding of business processes with sales or customer support
  • Knowledge of Highspot, Sales Navigator and Calendly
  • Scripting experience
  • Security-minded; using the principles of ‘least permissions’
  • Proven ability to independently own projects
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven cross-functional partnership with business stakeholders such as sales, client success and servicing teams

What Happens Next?

We may ask you to complete a case study exercise or technical assessments, depending on the role, as we aim to collect a robust set of data points throughout the interview process.

On average, it takes us around 2-3 weeks to make a hiring decision, depending on your availability and sense of urgency. As a best practice, we aim to interview at least 3 final round candidates before making a hiring decision.
