We're in an incredibly exciting period of growth as we continue to scale internationally and are looking for an experienced SDR Manager who wants to be part of this journey. As the SDR Manager you will be responsible for managing and growing our sales development team. You will be an integral part of the sales team by providing continuous mentorship for our SDRs, refining our sales generation process, defining and tracking our KPIs and contributing to SDR recruiting. This position will report directly to the Global Head of Sales and have the opportunity to grow into a Director position as the SDR team scales. You will work closely with other leaders in sales, marketing, sales operations, product, and sales enablement to drive the strategy for the sales development team.
What you'll do:

  • Recruit, hire, coach, and manage a team of Sales Development Representatives conducting both outbound campaigns and qualifying inbound leads
  • Develop a long term strategy for the team and manage the day to day operations of the team.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for Fidel to expand/improve and launch initiatives to drive new business development growth and operational excellence
  • Monitor and refine processes, metrics, and tools to maximize success on the SDR team
  • Be accountable for achieving quarterly and annual pipeline generation targets and report on progress, metrics and forecast to the Head of Global Sales
  • Collaborate with sales enablement for SDR onboarding, targeted training and development
  • Motivate individuals and team to exceed objectives through coaching and mentorship; Empower your team to take ownership of their quota


We want you if you have:

  • 1 to 2 years of experience of people management experience, ideally of managing high performing sales development representatives
  • A proven track record of high performance in a revenue generating role; plus some direct sales experience
  • Strong understanding of sales development best practices and technology (cadence management, cold-calling, objection handling, etc.) and pipeline building process
  • Humility and empathy for the challenges our prospects face on a daily basis
