About Us:
One Step (funded by Techstars) provides B2B software to the addiction and rehab industry. We are growing at a fast pace, and are looking to hire our first sales person!
One Step's mission is to bring transparency and outcomes to the addition & recovery industry. Currently, the relapse rate is 90% - let's fix this statistic together.
We are looking for someone that is high-energy, driven and eager to hit the ground running. You will be the first sales hire on the ground, and will work directly with the CEO, a successful second time founder and Harvard Law graduate.
Primary responsibilities:
Prospect and identify qualified leads
Cold outreach via email and phone
Schedule demos
Help develop a lead generation process to build a repeatable way to tackle the market
Manage expectations and overcome objections
Reach and exceed KPIs including calls scheduled, qualified opportunities and deals won from your meetings.
Minimum Requirements:
2+ years experience with B2B sales or a customer facing role
Excellent communication skills
Ability to manage your own time
Thirst for learning
Familiarly with the sales process
