SDR Senior Manager

About the role:
The SDR Sr Manager will be responsible for driving revenue and customer acquisition for Foursquare by building, enabling, and coaching a growing team of SDRs to deliver high quality leads to our sales teams. The ideal candidate is process-oriented with a deep understanding of outbound messaging techniques and technologies. You should be comfortable with solution selling in the SaaS space, thrive on mentorship, building demand, and strive to develop the next generation of sales leadership
Responsibilities:
- Ongoing hiring, mentoring, and development of the SDR team which includes recruiting, hiring, and training new members
- Devise and execute strategies to optimize the team’s chances of success with each touchpoint
- Develop the sales, product, and industry knowledge and skills of each team member
- Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on KPIs, lead pipeline, SQL conversion, and overall effectiveness of the team
- Refine and iterate a scalable, measurable, and predictable process for managing and growing the team
- Work closely with sales leadership and marketing to create a well-oiled lead generation machine that eliminates funnel leakage
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience as an SDR manager with a proven track record of success, preferably in Enterprise SaaS sales
- 5+ years of experience in sales or sales-related roles
- Familiarity implementing, administering, and performing analysis within tools in the sales tech stack (Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Salesloft, Linkedin, etc)
- Experience hiring, training, and mentoring SDRs
- Experience partnering with Marketing teams on account-based marketing strategies
- A passion for sales and the processes, technologies, and methodologies involved
