What we're looking for

We're looking for an experienced sales executive to help build sales at Passbase. You'll be part of building a dynamic sales department, driving customer success, and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Own the full cycle sales experience, prospect to close and has had success selling SaaS
  • A proven track record of success and over-achievement of quotas (~$500,000)
  • Assist and advise clients on the technical integration process
  • Lead and contribute to team projects to develop and refine our sales process
  • Engage with Product, Growth, and Engineering teams to help drive product and marketing strategy

Qualifications

  • Prefer 4+ years sales experience in software and/or technology sales with a track record of quota attainment or overachievement
  • SaaS sales experience
  • Technical aptitude and business acumen to execute a professional enterprise sales cycle
  • Ability to understand complex technical requirements and craft solutions
  • Experience with major programming languages
  • Ability to operate in a highly ambiguous and fast-paced environment

  • Proactively prospect, identify, qualify, and develop sales pipeline
  • Be self-driven and come up with new ideas on how to improve our product
  • Channel significant attention to detail in everything you tackle
