Integral Ad Science is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for maximizing partner success and satisfaction. This Senior Business Development Manager will manage partner relations and drive new strategic partnerships, driving an increase in adoption of IAS’s technology and products while ensuring the retention of existing business with strategic partners. He/she will also project manage both existing product implementations as well as identify alignment for newly released products.

What you’ll do:

• Introduce newly released IAS capabilities that benefit Partner's business, driving full integration from introduction through go to market
• Maintaining a thorough understanding of the global digital advertising space
• Schedule and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Partners to understand business trends and opportunities
• Lead trainings and sell through IAS’ value proposition to Partners’ sales and account management teams
• Teaming up with IAS' finance team to build realistic financial models
• Preparing internal executive presentations and documentation
• Represent Partners, with the ability to speak to both the existing partnership and future potential opportunities across internal IAS teams
• Identify trends in Partners' businesses and relay feedback to inform Product roadmap and Sales activation strategy
• Project manage Partner integrations and subsequent troubleshooting
• Analyze Partner usage to identify key drivers of opportunity or risk
• Work closely with all internal teams at IAS, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Platform Services
• Engage Global Sales Teams to activate revenue opportunities and educate on partnership
• Schedule and lead calls/check-ins (agenda, lead, follow up) with Partners
• Point of contact for any pricing and contractual discussions
• Address concerns with Billing and Collections with Finance at end of each month
• Work with marketing to ensure PR goes live, and any co-marketed materials for the partner
• Orchestrate implementation and technical troubleshooting of new and existing client implementations across both internal teams and key client contacts, working closely with the platform client services team
• Cultivate positive and effective relationships to help drive process efficiencies and increased adoption of IAS solutions
• Leverage problem solving and critical thinking skills to proactively identify and fix potential partnership issues or challenges
• Act as a partner advisor by taking a consultative approach to strengthen and grow a platform partners position in the marketplace

Who you are and what you have:

• 5+ years of professional client-facing experience, strong in strategy and operations, BD or Partner Management in the ad tech industry
  
• Ability to independently identify, analyze, and execute BD deals
  
• Team player who puts IAS’ goals and their team ahead of themselves, and is a strong collaborator with various departments
• Effective project management skills to lead multiple projects with varying priorities
• Outstanding verbal, presentation & written communication skills directed to day-to-day contacts & up to C-level executives
• Strong technical knowledge and business acumen
• Positive, professional demeanor and experience leading conference calls and in-person presentations
• Comfortable working with large data sets to identify trends and other key insights
• Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced business environment
• B.S. or B.A. in business, technology or other related field
