Senior Business Development Manager
Integral Ad Science is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for maximizing partner success and satisfaction with some of our most strategic partners. This Senior Business Development Manager will manage the relationship and drive new strategic initiatives, focusing on an increase in adoption of IAS’s technology and products while ensuring the retention of existing business with the assigned accounts as a partner. He/she will also project manage both existing product implementations as well as identify alignment for newly conceived products.
What you’ll do:
- Introduce newly released IAS capabilities that benefit Partner's business, driving full integration from introduction through go-to-market
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the global digital advertising space
- Schedule and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Partner to understand business trends and opportunities
- Help coordinate trainings and sell through IAS’ value proposition to sales and account management teams
- Teaming up with IAS' finance team to build realistic financial models as they relate to new initiatives and opportunities
- Preparing internal executive presentations and documentation
- Represent the partner, with the ability to speak to both the existing partnership and future potential opportunities across internal IAS teams
- Act as the main POC and specialist as it relates to your partner’s business and partnership
- Identify trends in the business and relay feedback to inform product roadmap and sales activation strategy
- Project manage Partner integrations and subsequent troubleshooting
- Analyze Partner usage trends to identify key drivers of opportunity or risk
- Collaborate closely with all internal teams at IAS, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, and Platform Services
- Engage Global Sales Teams to activate revenue opportunities and educate on partnership
- Schedule and lead calls/check-ins (agenda, lead, follow up) with Partners
- Point of contact for any pricing and contractual discussions
- Work with marketing to ensure PR goes live, and any co-marketed materials for the partner
- Orchestrate implementation and technical troubleshooting of new and existing client implementations across both internal teams and key client contacts, working closely with the platform client services team
- Cultivate positive and effective relationships to help drive process efficiencies and increased adoption of IAS solutions
- Leverage problem solving and critical thinking skills to proactively identify and fix potential partnership issues or challenges
- Act as a partner advisor by taking a consultative approach to strengthen and grow a platform partners position in the marketplace
Who you are and what you have:
- 4+ years of client-facing experience in BD or Partner Management, with strong proven credentials in strategy and operations in the advertising technology industry
- Ability to independently identify, analyze, and execute Partner/BD deals, having experience with contracts/negotiation/commercialization
- High degree of technical knowledge and business acumen, data-driven, analytical, comfortable working with large data sets to identify trends and other key insights
- Strong project management skills, able to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives with varying priorities
- Team player who puts IAS’ goals and their team ahead of themselves, and is a strong collaborator with various departments
- Outstanding verbal, presentation & written communication skills directed to day-to-day contacts & up to C-level executives
- Positive, professional demeanor and experience leading conference calls and in-person presentations
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced business environment
- B.S. or B.A. in business, technology or other related field
