Senior Business Development Manager
Integral Ad Science is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager, who will be responsible for expanding partnership success with some of the largest technology companies in the world, while also identifying new partnership opportunities. This individual will manage the relationship and drive new strategic initiatives, focusing on an increase in adoption of IAS’ technology and products. He/she will ensure the retention and growth of existing business with their assigned accounts. The Senior Business Development Manager will be the “quarterback” by driving coordination among many internal departments to move partnership initiatives forward.
What you'll be doing as a Sr Manager, Business Development
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the global digital advertising space
- Introduce new or conceptualized IAS solutions to partners
- Negotiate and work through contract and commercial agreements
- Schedule and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with Partners to align business trends and opportunities
- Team up with IAS' finance and pricing teams to build financial models as they relate to new initiatives and opportunities
- Prepare internal executive presentations and documentation
- Represent their partnerships with the ability to speak to both the existing relationship and future potential opportunities across internal IAS teams
- Act as the main POC and specialist as it relates to your partner’s business and partnership
- Identify trends in the business and relay feedback to inform product roadmap and sales activation strategy
- Analyze Partner usage trends to identify key drivers of opportunity or risk
- Collaborate closely with all internal teams at IAS, including Sales, Solutions Engineering, Marketing, Product, Finance, Legal, Data Science, and Platform Services
- Engage global sales teams to activate revenue opportunities and educate on partnership
- Schedule and lead calls/check-ins (agenda, lead, follow up) with Partners
- Point of contact for any pricing and contractual discussions
- Work with marketing to ensure PR goes live along with any other co-marketed
- Cultivate positive and effective relationships to help drive process efficiencies and increased adoption of IAS solutions
- Leverage problem solving and critical thinking skills to proactively identify and fix potential partnership issues or challenges
- Act as a partner advisor by taking a consultative approach to strengthen and grow a partner’s position in the marketplace
What we're open to seeing in your background:
- 3-6 years of professional client-facing experience and doing strategy and operations, business development, or Partner Management in the the adtech or similar space
- Ability to identify, analyze, and execute business development deals
- Effective project management skills to manage multiple projects with varying priorities
- Outstanding verbal, presentation & written communication skills directed to day-to-day contacts & up to C-level executives
- Experience leading conference calls and virtual presentations with internal & external clients
- Demonstrated success working in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience
