We are looking for a Senior Customer Success Manager to own our growing portfolio of enterprise B2B relationships in the U.S. This individual will design and execute each customer’s success plan, driving value-actualization through program consultation and data-driven insights,

What will you do?

  • Own the post-implementation customer program success & account retention
  • Build deep and wide relationship networks within enterprise, occasionally global, organizations 
  • Drive the success of Harver's various SaaS offerings and develop data-driven program recommendations and insights
  • Conduct consultative, boardroom ready quarterly business reviews with VP/C-level audiences
  • Work cross-functionally across the organization, acting as a client advocate to enhance customer satisfaction and identify ways to improve Harver’s internal processes
  • Grow customer lifetime value though consultative solution recommendations

What are we looking for?  

A candidate who thinks like our customers and can execute on deadlines. You are poised in the midst of chaos, thinks with an entrepreneurial and creative spirit, and has a solutions-oriented mindset. 

Role Requirements

  • 5+ years customer success experience in a B2B SaaS environment, working with enterprise customer relationships
  • Boardroom ready presentation & analytical skills with a solutions-oriented mindset
  • Experience using business intelligence & CRM software
  • BA/BS degree
  • Fluent English
  • Experience in People/HR technology a plus!
