WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Create business strategies to successfully achieve client business goals
    • Be a Consultative Account Manager or Client Partner for Provider portfolio which comprises of clients that are multinational health systems, large regional hospitals, diagnostic labs, research and academic institutions
    • Leverage your Industry Knowledge, Experience and thought leadership to envision the future of hospitals and create a roadmap to make the future real with products and services for Inpatient/Acute care, Outpatient/Ambulatory, Clinical, Financial areas
    • Serve as an expert business and/or tech consultant in one or more of the following areas: Patient Experience, Engagement, Social/Community Engagement. Clinical areas such as Clinical Decision Support, Nurse Call, Population Health Management, Care Management/Coordination, Hospital Workflow, Physician and Nurse Workflow, Wayfinding, Real time tracking. Financial areas as Revenue Cycle Management. EMR/EHRs, HIEs, InterOperability, Value Based Care, Future of Care Delivery, Platforms & Ecosystems
    • Serve as the engagement architect, work directly with client’s business (product, marketing, operations etc.,) and IT teams to position EPAM for success
    • Exploit EPAM’s existing strengths, create new capabilities required for EPAM to be recognized as the primary driver of digital transformation that our clients need to deliver to their clients. Bring strong background and track record in the new drivers of transformation – Digital, Experience, Cloud, Analytics, etc
    • Develop and Execute Account Plans for growth, delivery excellence, client satisfaction and employee satisfaction
  • Develop and oversee delivery approaches
    • Work closely with project/program management to ensure successful delivery through an integrated delivery model
    • Ultimately responsible for shaping solutions and properly scoping / pricing engagements, establishing optimal operating models and project team organization, and leading the transition from the sales process to the delivery phase
    • Serve as the Engagement owner; partner with clients to help craft the product vision and roadmaps and create compelling customer value propositions and strategies
  • Build successful relationships
    • Establish and cultivate strong relationships with clients at senior levels as well as external and internal partners to maximize growth within an account/client portfolio
    • Develop effective relationships with key internal executives, BU heads, Solution SME’s, and Sales and Delivery Leaders
    • Deliver on EPAM’s growth and performance objectives
    • Drive account revenue within the client / account portfolio as well as accelerate opportunities to influence and sell-in end-to-end EPAM services
    • Align with EPAM BU’s goals and objectives, support company financial goals by achieving revenue and profit targets
    • Support sales / pre-sales activities by acting as the lead to assess opportunities, respond to RFP’s, create proposals and presentations, establish relationships with clients and prospective clients, and help to close / sign new deals

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • 10+ years of experience in P&L, Sales, Account Management roles
  • 10+ years of experience working-in and/or consulting for Hospitals, Health Systems, Pharmacy, Labs industries
  • 5+ years of demonstrated track record of developing and growing client relationships and leading teams delivering end-to-end IT professional services
  • Significant experience and/or conversant in areas like EMR/EHRs, HIEs, InterOperability, Clinical Decision Support systems, AI-driven insights for Population Health, Patient Engagement Platforms, Advances in Hospital room of the future, role of technology to simplify work of doctors and care teams, impact of Personalized Medicine driven by Genomics
  • Experience and ability to sell software engineering services (cloud, analytics, digital engagement, etc.)
  • Executive Presence, Exceptional leadership/management skills, Excellent Oral and Written communication skills, Confident Presentation skills
  • Serve as an expert consultant in business and technology transformation across the broad range of products and services that our clients sell including drugs, medical supplies, devices and equipment, software and technology to community and chain pharmacies, clinics and labs, hospitals, physicians
  • Ability to operate at the strategic level, yet being close enough to the details to add value to clients and be a real support to the team
  • Strong problem solving and creative thinking abilities
  • Experience in managing and monitoring performance metrics across large scale accounts and account portfolios
  • Strong industry knowledge or experience with particular emphasis on strategy, consulting, team management and product development
  • Track record of leading teams
  • Proven ability to manage client engagements under high stress to successful completion
  • Sound business acumen; strategic skills; common sense
  • Effectively manages up and down
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher
