ABOUT THE ROLE:


Reonomy is looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Associate who is a quick learner, good listener, and strong communicator! This role will focus on GTM enablement & processes as you will be responsible for up-skilling our team, identifying gaps in their knowledge/process, and maintaining our training programs. You will equip our GTM teams with efficient processes and the right tools in order to deliver the most value to our customers and prospects. Additionally, you'll collaborate closely with leadership and Marketing to prioritize the creation of new internal and external collateral. You'll do so by ensuring information is readily available, delivered and understood in a manner that is usable by those in customer-facing roles. As our Sr. Revenue Operations Associate, you will play a crucial part in the growth of Reonomy's business, by cultivating an enriching and engaging learning environment for all Reonomists from the onboarding stage and beyond!

Responsibilities Include:

  • Design and implement a scalable Enablement roadmap to build out the function for long term success
  • Work with internal customers (Revenue Teams) and internal partners (Marketing, Finance, Data) to ensure alignment of priorities, identify areas of improvement, and solicit cross-functional support
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing and GTM leadership to identify upcoming key changes such as new pricing and packaging, feature releases, and process changes that will require training, then designing and delivering training
  • Partner with Marketing to develop and deliver new content such as case studies, competitor information, and battlecards that our Revenue teams can leverage to win deals
  • Act as a trusted advisor to our Sales team and work closely with Sales leaders and other members of the Revenue Operations team to assess, prioritize, and deliver training sessions
  • Establish KPIs and metrics to effectively measure and monitor the adoption and success of these training programs
  • Ad-Hoc analysis to identify areas of improvement based on conversion rates and other Revenue based KPIS and metrics 
  • Create and maintain Salesforce Dashboards for each Revenue Team that will help them manage their books of business and reinforce data hygiene
  • Onboard new GTM team members and continuously evaluate sales ramp times and time-to-effectiveness

ABOUT YOU:

  • 2-4 years of experience in a Sales Operations or Sales Enablement Role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proactive and Autonomous - identify needs and actions early on without being told what to doOrganized and able to plan a comprehensive calendar of training events
  • Polished professional who is team oriented and self-motivated with a patient, teacher like mindset
  • Strong interpersonal skills amongst team members
  • Experience in CRE/Finance/Prop Tech advantageous
