About the Opportunity:

The Senior Account Manager is a critical front line function, responsible for day to day customer relationship management, customer satisfaction and revenues. The position will interface across all Company teams and functions including Consultants, Customer Success Managers, Pre-sales Engineers, Finance and Legal, in order to ensure both customer and Company goals are successfully met.

What you’ll do as a Senior Account Manager at Contentsquare:

  • Manage the customer life-cycle from deployment to renewal, cross-sell and up-sell
  • Promote the Contentsquare value proposition to existing customers within a highly competitive market
  • Manage complex sales cycles for renewals and expansions
  • Maintain and develop relationships within the assigned accounts
  • As part of a cross-functional team, monitor and improve customer satisfaction via Customer Consultants, Customer Success Managers and Implementation teams
  • Excel within a fast-paced, dynamic organization

What you’ll need to succeed in the role:

  • 5+ years of B2B Enterprise Account Management experience preferably in the digital analytics industry.
  • Experience within the Martech industry required.
  • Thorough understanding of enterprise account management and show a methodical approach to managing a territory
  • Demonstrated market knowledge and competitive knowledge opportunities
  • Proven history of exceptional quota attainment
  • Bachelor’s Degree

For Colorado-based roles: Minimum annual base salary of $100,000. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, equity, and benefits. More details about our company benefits can be found below.
