DESCRIPTION

Currently, we are looking for Senior Enterprise Architect to make the team even stronger.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Lead Architecture thread on large, multi-disciplinary teams comprised of business, product management, technology, and experience professionals, from both EPAM and the client
  • Discover and current state of architecture and technology and understand objectives:
    • Document current architecture blueprint
    • Investigate and document as-is enterprise architecture, applications, and technologies landscape
    • Identify problems and gaps in current state
    • Map business capabilities and technology enablers to create “as-is” technology DNA of the enterprise
  • Define the future state of the enterprise architecture:
    • Identify architecture drivers and constraints
    • Create target-state architecture blueprint
    • Create “to-be” technology DNA of the enterprise
  • Design the target enterprise and solution architecture:
    • Identify candidate solution architecture options
    • Define the scope and criteria for vendor evaluation and scoring; select vendor packages for evaluation, and manage the vendor scoring effort
    • In collaboration with Delivery Manager, Product Owner, and UX Lead, identify implementation risks, dependencies, and constraints
    • Assist with product feature prioritization, MVP feature selection, and creating E2E and MVP roadmaps
  • Work closely with EPAM Security, Cloud, Data, Intelligent Enterprise, and other technology practices to provide cutting edge technology solutions to our clients
  • Maintain knowledge of status, milestones, risks, issues, and key data for architecture and technology aspects of the program and assigned programs and serve as the conduit of information and updates
  • Provide timely, clear, and high-quality updates on key issues and progress to Sr. Management (both EPAM and client)

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience as an Enterprise Architect is required, building upon 7+ years of prior experience as a developer and/or Solution Architect
  • Experience with key architecture concepts and software packages in the Healthcare domain, in particular EHR/EMR/PHR systems, clinical (care delivery and ancillary) and patient engagement systems, billing, and revenue cycle management, etc
  • Knowledge and understanding of the following application domains, enterprise solutions, and technology components (the more the better):
    • Cloud
    • Inventory and resource management (ERP and RMS platforms)
    • CRM
    • Financial and HR management
    • Content Management
    • Process Automation and Workflow management
    • Identity and Authorization Management
    • Integration (ESB, Message Bus, ETL, etc.)
    • Analytics, Reporting, and BI
    • Mobile development and IoT
    • Microservices Architecture
  • Good understanding of privacy, data protection, and governance aspects of Healthcare sector
  • Ability to define enterprise-scale and business function-scale architecture blueprints and translate them to implementable solution architectures
  • Experience with modern software development lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall), CI/CD, Quality Assurance and Control, as well as security aspects of software development
  • Experience with vendor identification, selection, and managing RFP process
  • Excellent architecture documentation skills
  • Superior interpersonal, consultative, and communication skills
