Senior Growth Account Executive
Recent global events have made cost-effective purchasing an overnight imperative at nearly every company, but disruption in the procurement space is seriously lagging. Tropic is on a mission to transform procurement for a world that runs on software. Everyone hates buying B2B SaaS, so we are automating the process.
Tropic raised a $25M Series A and is doubling every quarter. At our current stage, it’s more important than ever to drive expansion opportunities across our rapidly growing client base.
The Senior Growth Account Executive will be the first hire specifically owning the quota for growth across Tropic's existing customers. Tropic creates value for clients by (1) saving money, (2) saving time, and (3) and driving process adoption. This role will unlock greater value and efficiencies of scale for our customers by helping them strategically increase the spend that Tropic is managing, while ensuring timely and streamlined renewals of the Tropic agreement each year.

As a Senior Growth Account Executive, you will:
- Attain a growth quota across a large pipeline of existing Tropic customers
- Build Tropic’s approach to client renewals and key relationship touchpoints
- Create strategies for executing on growth motions
- Elevate relationships at clients to C-Suite executives and drive Tropic advocacy
- Monitor client experience leveraging data and build action plans to capitalize on positive sentiments and remedy challenges
- Work collaboratively with Customer Success Team to build account plans
- Stay on top of new product releases within Tropic and build strategy for selling in new capabilities
- Manage client escalations
