mParticle is hiring a highly effective business and customer leader to help craft the Strategic Account function within mParticle’s Customer Success team. As one of the primary hires in this function, your main focus will be accelerating value for mParticle’s largest and most strategic customers. You will act as a trusted advisor to build positive  relationships from the executive level down, drive adoption of our platform and solutions, and increase value realization from our customers’ investment in mParticle.


What will you do?

  • Responsible for the health of mParticle’s most strategic clients and a trusted consultant to drive value realization and the success with mParticle across our customers’ organizations
  • Build and maintain executive relationships and communication strategies within your customer portfolio, working with the C-Level down, in order to align with our customers’ business strategies and roadmap
  • Work with customer leadership, including technical stakeholders, to co-create and deliver on the success plan throughout each phase of the client lifecycle
  • Manage sophisticated organizations and challenges, with the proven ability to architect and execute adoption plans that achieve mutual success and partnership
  • Lead the primary relationships and be the dedicated point of contact for mParticle strategy, insights and use cases. 
  • Drive adoption of mParticle platform features and solutions by seeing opportunities for new platform value across the customer organization and bring to bear  insights to recommend mParticle use cases 
  • Encourage innovation within the customer organization by showcasing best practices and ideating on new applications of the mParticle Customer Data Platform
  • Act as the voice of the customer within mParticle, working with mParticle’s cross-functional leadership  and the executive team to share client feedback, surface risks and opportunities, and prioritize requests


We’d love to hear from you! : 

  • 7+ years demonstrated ability  in an Enterprise or Strategic Customer Success function, working across multiple senior customer executives to drive adoption and account success 
  • Experience in management consulting
  • Technical domain knowledge with tried experience building relationships with technical partners  at a SaaS company
  • Senior leader with the ability to operate with C-Level executives both internally and externally
  • Excellent collaborator, with a passion for partnering cross-functionally (Product, Marketing, Sales, Technical Services) to drive an outcome.
  • Dedication to  Customer Success, with a desire to be a key player within a strong team that is passionate about on exceeding client expectations.
