The Role

As a Sr. Partner Manager, you will build relationships with existing partners. You will work with the new partner acquisition team to ensure a smooth hand-off -- and then train the partner on Brex products and process to begin driving revenue through the channel.

You thrive at training, supporting, growing, and retaining a book of partner relationships over time. You’re comfortable quarterbacking cross-functional initiatives involving the partner, Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Run distribution-focused partner relationships to help our partners’ grow their portfolio of referral clients with Brex
  • Work with our new-partner acquisition team to ensure a smooth relationship transfer, beginning with partner training and implementation
  • Set clear mutual commitments with Brex’s partners to ensure accurate forecasting and resourcing of partner relationships
  • Meet with partners in-person for training purposes and QBRs
  • Grow your portfolio of partners month-over-month through a deliberate coverage model
  • Work with Sales and Sales Operations to ensure appropriate SLAs, resourcing, and routing
  • Work with Product Marketing to support partners with educational materials, product-related collateral, case studies, webinars, in-person training curriculum, etc.

What We Value

  • 5+ years of previous partner management, account management, and/or technical sales experience in comparable industries and verticals
  • Tech investment, private equity investment, and/or management consulting experience is a plus
  • Ability to plan and lead at both the strategic and operational levels
  • Ability to drive initiatives cross-functionally
  • Consistent track record of hitting and exceeding quotas
  • Graduate of a 4-year university
