We're looking for a Senior Sales Manager to cover the US Market (based in Paris!) for one of our best clients, a tech-for-good startup. Their software is an all-in-one solution that helps non-profit representative to meet their needs. 

Description

Reporting to the VP Sales, you will be responsible for developing the company turnover in several associative sectors in both middle accounts and key accounts. Our middle accounts are associative networks with dozens of antennas. They are present in all sectors: sports, charity, medical-social, professional, etc.

You will work on the following missions:
• Identify, prospect, convince, sign Middle Accounts and Key Accounts: networks of federation type associations
• Deploying the software to new customers: configuration and training
• Collaborate effectively with inside sales and marketing to generate qualitative leads
• Understand the needs of Key Accounts and co-construct adapted solutions
• Managing a portfolio of existing customers: loyalty and upselling
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the product, discourse and processes
In addition to your main role, you will be able to get involved in transversal projects to help them grow.

Requirements

• You have a first successful experience in a commercial function ideally in a SaaS/B2B/start-up company in the US.
• You’re passionate about sales
