Bluecore is hiring a Senior Sales Operations Analyst to support our existing business sales engine. We're looking for someone who wants to make an impact and gain exposure to different facets of a mature BizOps org at a high-growth SaaS company. As part of the broader GTM org, you’ll be a key owner of existing business sales efficiency and customer health, ensuring the speed and accuracy of opportunity management and renewal health, using data to make recommendations, and proposing process improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Own pipeline health at the rep level to ensure high fidelity forecasting and risk callouts
  • Lead customer territories and SFDC account hierarchies while working with your team mates in sales, to ensure the highest level of qualification data accuracy and accurate account assignment
  • Run account transfer process for new customers from New Business to Existing Business teams
  • Deliver training and 1:1 support for all processes and tools in our sales tech stack
  • Document and create a knowledge repository for first-tier sales support in collaboration with Sales Enablement
  • Maintain data integrity within Customer related records in SFDC, including review of opportunity splits, quota credit, and other important metrics
  • Supervise process adoption and data compliance in conjunction with the Business Systems team
  • Collaborate with the BizOps Data team to design reporting and dashboards for the Existing Business sales and success organizations that focuses on improving efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
  • See opportunities for process automation and optimization, with a focus on scalability and driving significant growth

Requirements:

  • BA/BS degree
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience and an understanding of sales operations
  • Strong analytical ability and able to prioritize multiple projects
  • SFDC experience and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools including Salesloft, LevelJump, ZoomInfo, Gong, Troops, and others
  • Preference for a fast paced work environment with excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • High growth startup, SaaS, and B2B experience preferred
