Your Impact on our Mission:

Our Senior Sales Operations manager will work to fortify and build a strong data and reporting structure that unlocks additional opportunity and growth for our business.  Your work and insights will help drive productivity improvements, inform sales processes and innovation, and provide even greater performance visibility for our talented sales team.

Your day to day is…

  • Creating smart compensation plans that align with business growth goals, and motivate our sales professionals to perform ethically
  • Building, iterating, and improving smart reporting, metrics, and dashboards to keep all of our stakeholders informed of sales performance
  • Help drive productivity via sales lead enrichment, pipeline management, forecasting, analytics, and innovation functions
  • Create thoughtful structures for data capture, storage and access. Ensure that the right people have the right permissions at the right times
  • Leverage data to make thoughtful resourcing and staffing decisions
  • Become a subject matter expert for all things Sales, Account Management, and Customer Success at Zocdoc to understand how to innovate and drive additional revenue and productivity
  • Shape and build Operations & Enablement team as needs arise by creating business cases and identifying Sales Support needs


 You’ll be successful in this role if you have…

  • 7+ years of growth and leadership in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or Strategy, SaaS experience is a plus
  • Deep experience with data analysis, lead/channel attribution, modeling, reporting and SQL
  • 3+ years of people management experience
  • Experience and comfort communicating change across tenure and title groups
  • CRM and full funnel reporting experience, SalesForce strongly preferred
  • Experience building and delivering variable compensation plans preferred
  • A passion for diversity and building equitable and inclusive processes
  • An ownership mindset
