We are seeking a driven and innovative solutions architect to join our growing team and help generate solutions in healthcare provider space to address and meet various requirements and needs. In this role, you will work on a variety of projects and will play a key part in making sure that end results are designed according to the relevant patterns and analyses.

This position offers relocation within the USA.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

  • Design and implement healthcare solutions for provider organizations
  • Develop Proof-of-Concept projects to validate new architectures and solutions
  • Support Agile Scrum teams with planning, scoping and creation of technical solutions for the new product capabilities, through to continuous delivery to production
  • Liaise with offshore team and clients for resolving technical dependencies, issues, and risks
  • Mentor and provide architectural guidance to teams building innovative applications
  • Drive common vision, practices and capabilities across teams
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand required capabilities, integrating business knowledge with technical solutions
  • Engage with Technical Architects and technical staff to determine the most appropriate technical strategy and designs to meet business needs
  • Demonstrate broad solutions technical leadership, impacting significant technical direction, exerting influence outside of the immediate team and driving change
  • Collaborate with project managers and other staff members to develop budgets and timelines for solutions
  • Assess and evaluate risk as required
  • Keep skills updated and remain proactively aware of happenings and current events in the industry
  • Mentor, educate, and train colleagues as requested

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science, software engineering, or related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in a relevant role
  • Proven history of generating innovative and effective solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills to explain complex technical topics in an easily digestible manner
  • Prior healthcare provider experience
  • Must have experience with at least one EHR platform
  • Experience with EPIC integrations, especially customization and integration of MyChart into solutions is desirable
  • Prior experience with HL7, FHIR desired
  • Must have experience with SOAP and REST web services using API driven approach
  • Strong software engineering background (Java, .NET, JavaScript)
  • Experience with cloud technologies is desired
  • Willingness to work independently and as part of a team
