EPAM is looking for an engaging Sitecore Growth Lead to join our growing Digital Engagement Practice. The Growth Lead is responsible for driving revenue related to our Sitecore partner's products and EPAM related services. To be successful, a Growth Lead will drive revenue growth through relationships and influence. A Growth Lead must build their platform business around making it extremely easy and attractive for salespeople and account managers to sell the offerings.
This position requires a background in the digital arena including Content Management, Commerce, Digital Asset Management and related domains like search, customer data management, personalization, and the composable marketplace. It also requires credibility and professionalism in front of sales executives and C-level audiences, contract negotiations, a high level of collaboration, experience managing channel relationships, mediation skills and issue resolution.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Drive revenue so that EPAM maintains its place as a preferred platform implementer and go to market partner for Sitecore
  • Collaborate with Partners, Digital Leads, Business Development, Presales and Account Management teams to give pitches to clients and create proposals for Sitecore implementations
  • Act as a Sitecore domain and platform expert within EPAM in support of sales opportunities and to clients who are embarking on digital journeys
  • Make recommendations on integration strategies, migration strategies and the platforms and application infrastructure required to successfully implement and extend Sitecore's product suite
  • Continue to build EPAM's Sitecore brand and credibility in the industry by participating as a Sitecore expert in conferences, events, webinars and other marketing activities
  • Collaborate with EPAM's Partner Marketing team and external partners to drive joint marketing initiatives and generate leads for sales opportunities
  • Work with Sitecore to identify opportunities and joint target accounts
  • Work with clients to help them understand how to begin a composable journey and how to map their goals to a project. e.g., The Pathway to Composable with Sitecore
  • Establish strong relationships based on trust, transparency, and a winning attitude with EPAM's partners and their sales teams
  • Coordinate with the EPAM and partner teams regarding joint opportunities, including pipeline and forecast reviews
  • Educate Sitecore on EPAM capabilities and success stories to help stimulate partner-based lead referrals
  • Serve as internal trusted advisor to our Sitecore partners, ensuring internal product management, and managing access to early release programs and product roadmaps
  • Work with Sitecore to identify, prepare and deliver product messaging to demonstrate EPAM value prop as a trusted systems integrator


REQUIREMENTS

  • 10+ years of experience working in digital consulting environment
  • 5+ years of experience working with Content Management Systems (CMS)
  • Expertise in Sitecore product offerings
  • Extensive experience with modern Digital Experience Platforms, composable products, and an overall understanding of the MarTech space
  • Ability to communicate effectively across teams with strong verbal, written, collaboration and interpersonal skills
  • Strong presentation and client relationship management skills
  • Solutions selling skills and demonstrated success developing and maintaining client and internal relationships
  • Expert ability to connect clients' needs and requirements with Sitecore led technologies
  • Conversant in enterprise product, solution, and technology strategies with the ability to convert current knowledge and skills to our Sitecore ecosystem
  • Passion for the tech industry and ability to work well independently
