As a Yotpo SMB Account Manager, you will drive incremental revenue with existing customers in our SMB portfolio. You will primarily focus on cross-selling additional products and in some cases, expanding the scope of existing packages, while navigating sales cycles across multiple product offerings, with multiple stakeholders across the organization.
While Client Success Managers (CSM) are primarily focused on optimization and retention of current customers, Account Managers work closely with their CSMs to understand their book of business, and associated customer needs and pain points, to identify areas of opportunity for value creation and revenue expansion. You are a self-starter that finds creative ways to then approach these accounts to generate interest and demand for our other product lines. Whether you are strategizing accounts with your CSM, outbounding potential prospects, joining optimization calls with clients, running product demos, you are proactive in your day-to-day approach and can prioritize effectively to build scalable processes that maximize efficiency.
You work well with cross-functional departments, such as marketing, partners, solutions engineers and other product specialists across teams, and are resourceful in finding and sharing learnings with the broader team. Because this role is focused on working with existing customers, you are a “big-picture” thinker who can understand broader business goals and offer solutions (for both the customer and for Yotpo) that optimize long-term success over short-term gains. At the same time, you have a passion for selling and are naturally results driven and action oriented. You can maintain focus and energy in the face of resistance, have a desire to over perform on sales targets, and can execute with urgency across a wide range of opportunities. While you are competitive with yourself, your ultimate goal is winning as a team. You can navigate through ambiguity and adapt rapidly to shifts in direction, based on evolving business needs.
- 2-4 years experience managing a full sales cycle.
- Demonstrated ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
- Track record of over-achieving sales targets.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication.
- Experience using sales tools like Salesforce, Salesloft, Tableau, LinkedIn, etc.
- A valid U.S. work authorization.

- Experience in fast growing tech startup / B2B SaaS / e-commerce.
