Meeting your future team:

At Collibra, our Professional Service team relies on Solution Architects to deliver on customer expectations. Working directly with key project and executive stakeholders throughout the entire project life-cycle to ensure customer success and adoption, Solution Architects are customer champions.

Solution Architects at Collibra are responsible for:

  • Collaborating with Collibra Sales, Sales Engineers, Customer Success, and Professional Services Management to grow Collibra adoption with both existing and new customer base
  • Mentoring assigned peers and new hires to ensure adoption of delivery methodology and delivery of work, and to ensure that company objectives are met
  • Ensuring services delivery in compliance with established Collibra Engagement Model, Processes, Methodologies and Artifacts
  • Making sure our software is installed and set up flawlessly with the customer IT environment (technical requirements, installation, integrations setup, data source connectivity...)
  • Ensuring the success of the projects by providing product implementation best practices and data governance setup advice
  • Achieving utilization targets and help Collibra to grow its services business

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related technical field
  • 5-10 years experience in Consulting, Data Management or similar Solution Architect role 
  • The ability to speak both French and English fluently, Spanish is a plus
  • The willingness to travel
  • Proven ability to communicate clearly and concisely with written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal skills

You Are:

  • Knowledgeable in core data management and data governance technologies
  • Familiar with statements of work (SOW) scoping and level of effort estimations
  • Experienced in leading blueprinting, design workshops, and requirements gathering activities
  • Skilled at developing functional specifications, technical specifications, test specifications
  • Skilled with Unix environments, network security and integration requirements
  • Experienced with object-oriented programming languages, SQL, workflow/BPMN
  • Knowledgeable in main database management systems and main cloud technologies

Reporting to Collibra's Professional Services Manager, measures of success are:

  • Within your first month, you will be enabled in Collibra product offerings, product training, and services portfolio
  • Within your third month, you will be learning the Collibra solutions delivery motion and methodology
  • Within your sixth month, you will be engaged in delivering Collibra solutions
