The Role:

We are hiring an Implementation Manager to help our newest partners technically implement RippleMatch within their hiring organizations. The Implementation Manager will spend time working with the Sales and Customer Success teams, listening to customer needs, and leveraging a deep understanding of the RippleMatch platform to determine account set ups that help our customers maximize their hiring potential on the RippleMatch platform. 

In this role you will:

  • Work cross-functionally with the Sales, Customer Success and Product teams to find solutions for new customers and share product feedback
  • Utilize knowledge of our product's capabilities and limitations to determine ideal account set ups for annual partners hiring candidates through our product
  • Identify ways to strengthen customer understanding of our platform and design new education and training materials for users
  • Design, manage and implement ad hoc projects to solve problems or improve process for the Product Success team
  • Become an expert on the ins and outs of the RippleMatch platform
  • Help students find their dream jobs

What you'll bring to the team:

  • At least 3 years of experience working in On-boardings, Implementations, Product Success, Customer Success or a related field
  • Deep technical comprehension and a knack for learning and working with nuanced SaaS products
  • Experience working in customer-facing roles, explaining complex sets of features and ideas
  • Strong critical thinking skills, resourceful problem-solving capabilities, and determination to find creative customer solutions
  • Experience managing projects from the beginning of the ideation phase through to final conclusion and reflection
  • Excellent listening skills and an ability to push internal and external stakeholders for information and further outcomes when necessary
  • Ability to collaborate internally and communicate well with others to achieve goals under a tight deadline
  • Experience working at a startup
  • Current residence in NYC or willingness to relocate
