Solutions Consultant

We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to ensure prospects fully understand the value ChartHop creates and how it will fit into their current processes/workflows.

We will measure your success through:

  • Opportunity win rate with SC involvement
  • Sales team platform knowledge
  • Increase in customer demo data usage.

 

As a Solutions Consultant, you will:

  • Understand customer requirements and communicate the business value of solving technology problems.
  • Facilitate solutions discovery, solutions overview, technical deep-dives, and solutions validation sessions with customers.
  • Prepare demos, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and additional validation events to demonstrate various use cases.
  • Execute the delivery of POCs for customers that have more complex use cases, to illustrate product capabilities and how they align specifically with customer objectives
  • Build relationships with customers by serving as the technical liaison for both sales and success teams.
  • Participate in writing proposals in response to RFIs / RFPs that highlight ChartHop can meet and exceed customer requirements.
  • Distill and communicate customer needs and product feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in SaaS, consulting, or related company
  • 4+ years experience owning customer relationships, including commercial aspects
  • Experience with enterprise SaaS implementation, strategy development, project management, and executive stakeholder management
  • Early stage startup experience (nice to have)

Salary range - $100K- $120K Base + Bonus + Equity
