We are looking for a Solutions Consultant to join our rapidly growing FinTech company.  The Solutions Consultant is responsible for delivering our platform solutions to our enterprise customers.  This person will have to balance technical, commercial and operational challenges to achieve success.  They will support our customers in launching new products and services in digital assets powered by the infrastructure Paxos provides.

As a Solutions Consultant, you'll get to:

• You will lead implementation projects to deliver the Paxos infrastructure to our enterprise customers
• You will support the customer’s product and engineer team’s technical integration with Paxos’ APIs
• You will support the customer’s operational and business transformation as needed
• You will develop technical champions at the customer, support your implementation and champion Paxos in the future
• You will work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• You will identify and tackle obstacles that arise in implementation
• You will gather and promote feedback internally about what you learn as you deliver Paxos’ solutions

Your experience should include: 

• You have 2-5 years of experience
• You have strong analytical skills and can use data to inform your approach
• You have strong attention to detail and passion for solving problems
• You have the ability to thrive in ambiguity with organization and asking the right questions
• You have the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• You have comfort working in a tech-driven environment with the ability to coordinate across several stakeholder groups (Engineering, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, People, Strategic Initiatives-Office of the CEO)
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills
• You’re comfortable with technology and have picked up some skills with databases (e.g. MySQL) and a scripting language (e.g. Python, Go, Lua, Ruby, etc) and APIs (REST, FIX)
