Solutions Consultant
CreatorIQ is looking for a pre-sales Solutions Consultant who will partner with Sales on our enterprise accounts. Our Solutions Consultant is instrumental in the sales cycle, bringing their technical and industry expertise to create compelling solutions for customers. This position requires someone who is quick thinking, flexible, creative, and analytical. The ability to research, learn and quickly leverage complex information to our clients is a key component of this position. As a Solutions Consultant you will partner with Sales to uncover a customer’s current and future states and their goals in order to best position CreatorIQ’s solutions. You are a strong communicator who can develop compelling presentations that illustrate CreatorIQ’s business value to customers at all levels. You understand how CreatorIQ can fit into a customer’s technology stack and the common use cases we can support across systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining demo environments and assisting in the development of responses to RFPs, RFIs, RFQs and proposals as required.

What you'll do:
- Act as a key member of account teams with sales and other internal stakeholders for our enterprise and mid-market customers
- Attend client meetings to conduct in depth discovery on the customer’s current and future states and positive business outcomes
- Create compelling presentations and collateral to highlight product value to a specific customer
- Deliver presentations both virtually and in person
- Work with customers to educate them on the business value CreatorIQ can provide
- Assist with sales activities with potential and existing customers in a pre-sale’s capacity
- Create strategic business reports providing clients with meaningful, actionable insights about their brand, products, or campaigns
- Summarize key trends and insights, including the ability to make decisions around what delivery method is best to showcase the right results
- Work in conjunction with sales and sales operations to develop timely and professional responses to assigned sections of RFPs’ and RFIs’
- Develop and maintain competitive technical knowledge of the Company’s top 5 competitors
- Become an active, integral part of sales strategy and execution
- Participate in all appropriate product, sales, and procedural training and certification to acquire and maintain the knowledge necessary to be effective in the position
Who you are:
- 2+ years of experience at a SaaS company servicing the social media ecosystem OR experience working directly in the Influencer Marketing industry
- Influencer Marketing Client Success or Account Management background preferred
- Methodical and meticulous approach to preparation and execution
