Solutions Engineer: Returnship
Cedar is proud to partner with the Path Forward Return to Work Program. This program is a 16 week paid “returnship” for experienced professionals returning to the workforce after taking time off for caregiving. The program is open to women and men who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been out of the paid workforce for at least two years to focus on caring for a child or other dependent. This program offers you a chance to revamp your skills, update your resume with new experiences, and make connections with other women and men transitioning back to the workforce. If you meet these criteria, we welcome you to apply.
The Role
Cedar is improving the healthcare financial experience. Our technology improves the overall experience of patient billing and engagement, enabling providers to thrive in a rapidly changing environment while helping patients understand the cost of their care.
The Implementation Team at Cedar is made up of Solutions Engineers and Architects who own the process of getting our new clients from 0 to 1 on the Cedar platform. They have a "do what it takes" attitude to getting our clients' implementations over the line - on time and of high quality - and derive an innate satisfaction from that achievement. And simply put, Cedar doesn't realize its vision of improving the patient financial experience without our Implementation Team.
We’re seeking a Solutions Engineer to build implementations with provider clients after a kickoff with the team. The Solutions Engineer will work with other engineering teams to build and enhance our integration engine while optimizing future implementations.
