WHAT YOU WILL DO...
As a member of an experienced team of advanced media experts, the Sr. Manager, Advanced Advertising-Client Partnerships is a leadership position with responsibility to drive Key Category and New Business Advanced Sales at Spectrum Reach. This role requires a strategic thinker and effective collaborator and supportive coach who has impeccable sales skills with a history of driving results. This role will be focused on increasing Advanced Sales in their division through Key Categories, New Business and Data Enablement opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Advanced Subject Matter Expert for our top categories (Auto, Healthcare, Retail etc.) to develop Advanced revenue generating opportunities that can be scaled to the local sales team
- Partner with Sr. Director, Advanced Advertising Sales-Client Partnerships to develop short-term, mid-term and long-term Advanced business strategies for Key Categories
- Develop Advanced New Business strategy for local sales with an emphasis on identifying new areas of opportunities to develop partnerships with agencies, clients, and franchisee businesses utilizing Co-op
- Serve as the Local Sales Programmatic Subject Matter Expert-work closely with the Sr. Director, Advanced Sales-Client Partnerships on go-to-market planning and execution of Local Programmatic partnerships
- Serve as the key point of contact for local clients with Programmatic and Data Enablement capability needs
- Partner with the Business Development and Strategy and Activation teams to develop strategies around Betas and Proof of Concept ideas and serve as the client lead
- Indirectly supports Market leaders, Local Sales Managers and Account Executives to drive Advanced Advertising results in coordination with the Local Advanced Sales team
- Coordinates sales efforts that may include development of sales scripts, guiding a discovery process, sharing best practices, sharing expertise/training and leading solution development
- Persuasive presentation skills (both written and oral) with a level of expertise and credibility to all levels of the organization, including the C-Suite (internal and external)
- Develops strong client relationships and constantly builds personal network within the industry
- Maintains divisional, regional and market-level knowledge of agencies, clients and competitive offerings
- Stays current on digital platforms, technical markets, pricing models, measurement platforms, technology trends, customer buying patterns / budgeting across all media platforms including but not limited to television, streaming, display, video, search and data integrations
- Mentors, trains and elevates Advanced Advertising team and local sales teams by directing and monitoring their sales efforts, resolving client issues as needed, and addressing internal sales process issues
- Removes obstacles to success and motivates the team to a high level of performance
- Fosters an environment of cross-functional collaboration and continuous improvement for successful outcomes across markets and organizational partners (Operations, Client Success, Finance, Marketing, Product, etc.)
- Travels with regularity, based on client needs (when company travel is unrestricted)

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field, or equivalent combination of education and work experience
- 2+ years Leadership experience
- 5+ years Sales experience, with a proven track record of influencing business development and furthering client partnerships
- 3+ years' experience in streaming television sales, leveraging audience insights and data-driven media, programmatic media and digital advertising
- Programmatic Experience-Experience with both PMP and PG deal types
- Experience with working across Tier 2 and Tier 3 Auto
- Ability to indirectly lead and influence teams to accomplish goals
- Understanding of 3rd party ad servers, tags, and video ad serving concepts (e.g. VAST)

The pay for this position has a salary range of
$83,200.00 to $163,300.00. The actual salary offer will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience and location. Also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of compensation such as bonuses.
In addition, this position has a commission earnings target starting at
$73,120.00.
