ABOUT THE ROLE:
As the Head of Sales Operations, you’ll have the opportunity to build out and refine the tools we use to help our sales team be productive. Primarily, this will involve improving our use of Salesforce, our marketing automation tools, how we handle and utilize data, our sales process and its associated documentation. You will support sales team on strategic planning, sales strategy, and sales collateral.
MANTL contends with relatively long sales cycles to Banks and Credit Unions. You will work directly with the VP of Growth and our sales team to help build the top performing Sales Organization in the space.
This is a key, strategic role for the company that will be managing long term change-management projects in the Growth Organization of MANTL. This person will heavily influence how we enable the sales process and use technology to grow faster and more efficiently.
