We are looking for a strong, process driven leader to develop our customer onboarding and outreach strategy from the ground up. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, capable of making sound decisions while maintaining harmony in a fast-paced environment while supporting our inside sales teams.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a team of 6-8 Sales Managers
  • Provide leadership and direction to a high-performing sales team
  • Execute key growth sales strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve targets
  • Coach and develop the skills of frontline managers and their ability to manage respective teams
  • Address performance issues with managers, support personnel promotions and changes
  • Drive daily production including monitoring bottlenecks and reporting on daily progress as it relates to targets
  • Build and maintain a strong working culture that allows the team to reach their highest potential 
  • Develop creative and innovative ways to improve team performance
  • Effectively communicate value propositions through presentations and proposals
  • Work cross-functionally with other parts of the business to drive organizational improvements and optimize sales processes 
  • Continuously work to improve processes and workflows. 
  • Data driven mindset. Use data to drive decisions on workflow and process improvements. 

About You:

  • 4+ years of experience in sales, preferably inside/tech sales
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • High empathy and customer centric
  • A proven leader and mentor
  • Strong bias-to-action, as well as a strong sense of practicality and effectiveness
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly adaptable, and able to thrive in ambiguous or uncertain environments
