Sr. Sales Operations Associate

We’re looking for a Sr. Sales Operations Associate to join Team Snapchat! Working closely with our Sales Teams and Cross-Functional Partners, you will use your strategic thinking, analytical skills and business knowledge to identify initiatives and prioritize efforts to amplify revenue. Working from our New York City office, you’ll collaborate closely with Snap’s Global Solutions Team (focuses on Global Agency and Brand Partnerships) and other cross functional partners (like Sales, Product Marketing and Finance).
What you'll do:
Support the Global Solutions Team (inclusive of Global Agencies, Global Brands / Key Accounts, and Investment Programs), providing insights and analytics along with tactical guidance, with the ultimate goal of increasing revenue under influence, activating new customers, driving brand penetration, and enhancing productivity for the Sales organization
Facilitate enhanced coordination between Global, Regional, and Local Agency teams
Lead projects involving complex workstreams and cross-functional collaboration
Identify areas of market opportunity and gaps to prioritize customer segments accordingly
Evaluate strategic opportunities, build business cases and define actionable plans with a roadmap to execution, while also involving, aligning and managing relevant stakeholders across teams and markets and drive a successful implementation
Manage channel-specific tactical initiatives to help achieve quarterly and full-year goals and KPIs
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Spreadsheet modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for audiences ranging from customers to sales teams to Snap’s business leadership
- Proficiency with Google Docs (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Powerpoint, etc.) products
- Proficiency working with CRM systems like Salesforce
Minimum qualifications:
3+ years of work experience including time spent in Management Consulting, Sales Operations, or a related field
Preferred qualifications:
Familiarity with the Media Agency Landscape (specifically the Big 6 holding companies, Creative Agencies, Independent Agencies, etc. and the various roles within them), and the media and advertising business, specifically digital and mobile
BA/BS in a quantitative field such as mathematics, economics, finance, or business
Proven track record collaborating with Sales teams to find solutions that support the business
Ability to work independently and drive multiple projects to completion simultaneously through strong ownership and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated experience learning quickly and being intellectually curious
Ability to make judgment calls in an ambiguous environment
Experience approaching problems using a structured, analytical mindset, strong project management and business judgement.
