Strategic Account Executive, Accountants and Bookkeepers Vertical
As a Strategic Account Executive, you will be helping Melio Accountants & Bookkeepers onboard and take on all areas of the Accountants Dashboard. By providing onboarding, video tutorials, and stellar support for both inbound leads and new users, you will be a leader in helping the Accountants vertical get the most value out of Melio and onboard their clients along with them. You should be passionate about sales, support, relationship building, and problem solving.
How you’ll make an impact:
- Provide support to customers through live conversations via telephone, email, and live chat
- Prioritize customer needs while resolving issues in a timely manner
- Work collaboratively with internal teams to resolve tickets efficiently
- Improve product needs by understanding trends in support related topics
- Maintain strong communication with clients by improving their customer experience through gathering product feedback and customer insights
- Lead a product demo for potential new customers
- Manage and document all work performed within the customer support inquiry
- Stay up-to-date with product changes and bug fixes to accurately serve customers
What we’d love to see:
- 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong communication skills with the ability to handle quick, high-pressure, detailed conversations
- Ability to build valuable relationships -- “No” doesn’t scare you!
- Desire to understand customer needs through relationship building, strong communication, and knowledge of the value adds of our product
- Excellent time management skills by being able to balance multiple projects at one time
- Bonus points supporting customers utilizing Salesforce and/or Intercom
- Bonus points for knowledge in the Accountants & Bookkeepers space, or QuickBooks Online experience
