Position: Young Alfred is partnering with large real estate brokerages, mortgage companies, and fintechs to help them offer insurance to their clients. You will be responsible for helping onboard and manage these enterprise accounts, with a focus on building and replicating high converting consumer funnels.

Responsibilities:
Onboarding and growing with new accounts
Developing and managing go-to-market strategy with new partners
Monthly reporting and ongoing partner feedback
Resolve any client issues
Building case studies and partner launch packages
Coordinating partner communications with company sales, product, and engineering teams
Qualifications
3+ years of professional experience in enterprise account management and/or customer success
Experience launching new partnerships from scratch
Go-to-market expert
Experience in real estate, mortgage, fintech a plus
Great communications skills and positive attitude
Compensation package base + equity.
