We are looking for a tenured customer-facing account manager with b2b2c experience to help build deep relationships with some of our largest clients. The Strategic Account Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, helping them extract more value from Spring Health's offering resulting in more engagement.
What you’ll be doing:
- Serve as the product expert and mental health advocate for a book of business for large scale 20K+ employee groups
- Proven history of identifying key decisions makers and influencers in order to build long-term mutually beneficial partnerships
- Develop and maintain positive working relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Consistently demonstrate Spring Health’s value proposition and link to partner-defined success metrics
- Build deep relationships with the stakeholders that are senior leaders up to c-suite, driving retention and account growth
- Serve as trusted, consultative advisor confirming that expectations are being met (or exceeded) and guiding advanced use cases by providing data-driven recommendations for engagement and utilization
- Create and lead Insightful, data-based recommendations via strategic quarterly business reviews to c-suite, senior HR executives, and business leaders
- Work cross-functionally to provide key partner feedback and process improvements
- Monitor the utilization data
What we expect from you:
- Previous exposure to complexities and challenges in US healthcare
- Prior SaaS-based solutions experience
- 5+ years in an account manager setting, 2+ years strategic account manager experience
- Experience managing enterprise level accounts
- Demonstrated passion for, and understanding of, mental illness and the broader U.S. healthcare system
- Experience using data visualization techniques to present key findings
- Experience with member communication strategies
- Proven track record of portfolio retention and growth
- Experience working cross-functionally with operations, product, engineering, and design teams
