What You’ll Do
As a Strategic Client Associate, you are unquenchably curious and obsessed with doing what it takes to deliver value to our clients. You support internal teams with ease, and coordination and organization comes naturally to you; you revel in surfacing data to meaningfully evolve creative, and you love to see how far that story can push and pull a brand’s business. You are someone who has always struggled with how to answer the question of whether you are right-brained or left-brained - you tend to get just as excited about a fascinating data point, as you do about a killer piece of creative. You are a storyteller with a knack for translating data into action, but have never had the tools to connect data and creativity in the way that you wished.
- Lead project analytics and build exploratory reports, by elevating data to meaningful insights; master the VidMob platform and use Creative Intelligence data to prove (or disprove) creative hypotheses, uncovering potentially unforeseen stories in that data.
- Assist in developing testing plans rooted in deep understanding of best practices, data performance and brand / business strategy.
- Employ your knowledge of the platform and love for unleveling creative analytics, by leading live client onboarding sessions, Enterprise training sessions, and the like.
- Leverage your strategic precision and creative passion to support collaboration with the sales team, in developing strategically informed proposals, based on client business needs and challenges.
- Hold client satisfaction and client retention as your North star; collaborating with your team to consistently deliver the value of VidMob for each client engagement and striving to be the best part of your clients’ days.
- Above and beyond client support, you’ll constantly be looking for ways to contribute to and elevate our entire product, approaching your job with a test and learn mentality and helping our product grow & evolve.
- Be a positive contributor to the VidMob community and culture: participating in our commitment to giving back through VidMob Gives, positively problem-solving and collaborating to build a better company, and upholding the belief that our diverse VidMob human capital is our most precious asset.
