We are looking for our first Strategic Partner Manager to deepen our existing partnerships and to identify and develop our next chapter of strategic partners. Beeswax partners include unique data partners, supply partners and our growing programmatic cloud partners who are best-of-breed advertising and technology companies.

As a Strategic Partner Manager you will work closely with product and sales to first deepen our existing partnerships by using your business, relationship building and strategic acumen to deliver more value to our customers. You will also identify new strategic partnerships, lead exploratory discussions with them, present recommendations to cross-functional stakeholders, and negotiate contractual agreements. You will leverage your deep knowledge of these partnerships to arm our global sales organization with data and materials to further empower their sales efforts. You will continue to deepen all strategic partnerships over time by identifying new and unique opportunities.

This role is a unique mix of partner management, business development, strategy, and sales enablement. It’s perfect for someone with experience in the ad tech world and a passion for technology, digital media, partner management and entrepreneurship.

Responsibilities include:

  • Manage strategic partnerships to ensure they are delivering optimal value to our end customers
  • Deepen and grow each strategic partnership by identifying new opportunities to leverage their full suite of capabilities
  • Collaborate with product,sales and marketing teams to identify critical partnership opportunities
  • Work with product to have exploratory discussions to validate capability and opportunity fit
  • Develop and negotiate strategic agreements with a variety of partner types across online media and advertising
  • Present recommendations to the management team including cross-functional stakeholders
  • Enable our global sales organization with the unique sales material and data to leverage these key partnerships for our customers

 

Requirements Include:

  • B.S. or B.A.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Partnerships and/or Business Development in online advertising or ad tech
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills to formulate and articulate contractual, technical, financial and value points with partners and internal product and sales teams
  • Relationship builder who can build deep, long-term, trusted partnerships
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starter, creative and open-minded, persistent with attention to detail, and highly collaborative who thrives in a team environment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with strong desire to build something great
  • A team player with a positive attitude; excellent written and oral business communication and people skills
