We are looking for a strategic sales professional to join our team and help maximize a massive market opportunity. Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will be focused on assisting our Strategic Partners sell Spring Health to their customers. There is so much potential to provide mental health benefits through our Strategic Partners and we’re looking for a passionate Partner AE to help us capture it.
What you’ll be doing:
- Strategic sales role enabling Partners to resell Spring Health to Brokers, Consultants and HR decision-makers at small to midsize companies
- Work closely with Sales and Account Managers at our Partners to find and help close opportunities they generate
- Participate in finalist meetings with prospects to sell the value of Partner + Spring Health
- Train and support our Partner’s internal teams on the Spring Health value proposition
- Create a strategic plan to target valuable accounts within Partners and work with the Partner to hone the upsell strategy over time.
- Work cross-functionally to provide key market feedback on Partner needs
- Develop mutually beneficial partnerships with health insurance brokers and health benefits consultants
What we expect from you:
- Must have 5+ years of successful Partner sales experience
- Must have experience in Healthcare, preferably selling into Payers, Carriers or Consultants
- A deep passion to transform the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health
- Outstanding communication and relationship building skills
- Entrepreneurial focus with a determination to succeed in an innovative, fast-paced environment with a high tolerance for ambiguity.
- Strong background and track record of success as an individual contributor
- Humility, resourcefulness, directness, ambition, extreme comfortability with change
