As Our Strategic Partnerships Manager, You'll Get to...
- Be responsible for managing Fundera’s lending partnerships while owning the strategy for executing on strategic initiatives and goals
- Become a trusted partner to our lenders and help them deeply understand Fundera’s marketplace, while providing insights to guide them to competitively serve our customers
- Create and improve on existing business processes to maximize the contribution of the Fundera’s lending partners to the overall growth of our business
- Deliver quarterly business reviews and provide regular analysis, insights, and recommendations to internal and external stakeholders
- Represent Fundera to executive-level leadership at partners and at industry events
- Work with leadership to define and shape business development strategy
- Shape the future of Fundera’s bank partnerships strategy
We're Looking for People Who Have...
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partner or enterprise account management, or relevant start-up; previous experience with banks or lending (a plus)
- Experience working with the executive and c-level teams to plan and implement deeply impactful strategic initiatives with measurable results
- Master communicator skills and can build rapport with lending partners and internal team members early and often
- A demonstrated track record of driving results in a partner management and/or project management capacity
- Strong analytical & organizational skills, attention to detail, and a disposition to consistently deliver high-quality output
- Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce, and the Google Drive software suite.
