Is This Role Right for Me?
The Strategic Partnerships Manager will own the day-to-day management of part of Fundera’s alternative lender network and become a trusted consultative resource to our most important strategic partners as they aim to grow their volume and deepen their partnership with Fundera. As they grow into the role, the Strategic Partnerships Manager will become increasingly responsible for shaping the partnership growth strategy of our alternative lenders, using both quantitative and qualitative insights to identify and pitch existing partners on growth initiatives while driving change management both internally and externally to bring ideas to life. 

As Our Strategic Partnerships Manager, You'll Get to...

  • Own day-to-day management and growth of Fundera’s alternative lender network and serve as the face of Fundera for your lender partners
  • Lead reporting and analysis of key performance metrics
  • Provide and drive strategic insights and recommendations to your partners in an effort to grow their success and scalability on Fundera’s marketplace 
  • Serve as the key liaison between lenders and the Fundera sales team 
  • Partner with our Strategic Partnerships Manager on medium-large scale cross-functional strategic opportunities to drive growth for existing partners

We're Looking for People Who Have...

  • 2-3+ years of experience in partner management, management consulting, investment banking, or a relevant start-up
  • Strong analytical & organizational skills, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic
  • Proficient in Excel, Powerpoint, Salesforce, and the Google Drive software suite.
  • Experience presenting and building relationships with internal and external Executive Leadership Teams 
  • Experience influencing and driving change across internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience in managing complex accounts/partnerships simultaneously along with shepherding multiple cross-functional opportunities and projects in parallel while consistently keeping an eye on ROI of initiatives 
  • Experience building strong cross-functional relationships
  • Experience in Financial Institutions or Fin Tech preferred, but not required
