Yotpo has built a robust ecosystem of strategic partnerships with leading digital, marketing & retail agencies, who evangelize our technology to their clients. This is Yotpo’s Partner Program and one of the company’s fastest growing revenue channels.

To further leverage this program, we’re hiring for a Senior Manager of Strategic Partnerships. Within the Business Development team and alongside Sales Executives, you will develop and nurture meaningful strategic partnerships with the largest and most sought-after agencies. Through the partnerships you’ve built, your goal will be to drive qualified business into Yotpo’s sales pipeline. 

On a daily basis, this Senior Manager will proactively support complex sales-cycles with our most strategic accounts while providing our agency partners with ongoing product, sales and enablement training. Because of this, first-class relationship building and sales skills are a must. Alongside these responsibilities, our Senior Manager will own his/her specific region, mentor junior members of the team and drive key operational initiatives that are critical to the expansion of the team.

You:

  • Have experience in channel partnerships, sales or business development in an eCommerce agency, product or platform company
  • Have a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with C-Suite executives, with strong negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Are a fearless networker who enjoys operating out of your comfort zone and can be highly adaptable in a rapidly growing, constantly changing environment
  • Have an established network of eCommerce ecosystem contacts and you're excited to continue growing it

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of quota carrying, B2B SaaS software, agency or platform sales in a Channel or New Business role
  • Strong understanding of the retail and eCommerce landscape (e.g. SaaS, agency, platform) with an existing network of ecosystem contacts
  • Proven ability to build & manage partner relationship to maximize revenue and ensure partner commitment
  • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles; building processes from scratch, forecasting sales activities and demonstrated ownership in all aspects of territory management
  • Seasoned public speaker/presenter with the ability to persuade, inspire and motivate others
  • Superior organization and prioritization skills, along with focused attention to detail
  • A valid U.S work authorization and the ability to travel 25% of the time
