Strategic Sales / Director / StellarEmploy

As a first senior sales hire, you will develop StellarEmploy’s sales playbook with the CEO. Your goal will be to sign enterprise deals, establish long-term relationships with CHROs, effectively deliver AI-enabled hiring technology, and lead high-performing teams.

As an individual sales contributor, you will initiate long-term relationships with Heads of Talent Acquisition. This includes scouring the landscape for innovative decision-makers and discovering their recruiting challenges.

You will oversee prospecting and post-sales account management with the support of internal Marketing and Client Operations Associates. Their roles are respectively to generate leads and execute on implementation.

As a young start-up, our enterprise clients have proven cost savings and are signed annually. Compensation will include base, commission, and equity.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Attract direct interest by attending conferences and experimenting with our outreach message.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound prospects through tailored research and asking the right questions.
  • Make the business case and liaise on implementation with data science and engineering.
  • Offer feedback to Client Operations, Marketing, and Product Development from our users’ perspective.

What experience is relevant:

  • 5-10 years of consulting, sales, account management, investment banking and/or business development experience and MBA (preferred)
  • Strategic executer who delivers timely, impactful insights amid complex problems and organizations
