Position Summary

The Affiliate Development Associate is responsible for supporting the acceleration of our affiliate program. As an integral part of the team, you will drive sales and growth by identifying key affiliates, studio and costumers, stylists, potential tastemakers and corporate partners as well as conduct research and assist in maintaining the overall business.

What You'll Do

  • Onboard, retain and grow affiliate stylist relationships
  • Conduct comprehensive research on current affiliate program landscape
  • Identify key affiliates in each market as well as within own customer base as well as potential influencers, tastemakers on social media, etc
  • Accelerate the iteration of our current and future affiliate platform marketplace
  • Offer digital styling and concierge needs to affiliate relationships and assignments
  • Liaise between external affiliate stylists and internal fashion concierge to fulfill product sourcing and request needs

Performance Requirements

  • Based in Greater NYC area
  • Establish strong personal relationships with prospective affiliates and studio partners
  • Ensure affiliate relationships are sustained and maintained
  • Compile diligent research
  • Support the Affiliate Platform Director to maintain a global pipeline of affiliate contacts
  • Be a “client-centric” brand ambassador at all times
  • Be an active networker, proactively identifying opportunities to meet potential affiliates through relevant industry and social events

Essential Skills, Experience and Educational Requirements

  • Top computer literacy and competent understanding of digital world and technology such as G Suite, Photoshop, Slack
  • You possess own network of affiliate stylist, costume and wardrobe stylist contacts and have a deep understanding of stylist and luxury fashion community
  • Sales: Meeting or exceeding revenue expectations
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
  • Autonomous self-starter & confident decision-maker, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong motivation and capacity to lead by example, inspiring productivity and results
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships in all scopes of business
  • A thorough understanding of the luxury consumer and a sympathetic approach to her needs and expectations
