Our Media Operations team delivers best-in-class, highly sophisticated direct response media performance to Code3's diverse client base. The team drives superior KPI performance by developing advanced strategic recommendations, executing complex ad campaigns and reporting campaign performance to our clients. As a Team Lead, you need to be equal parts left brain analytical thinker and right brain audience and creative strategy as you oversee the team. 

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the strategy team on media planning to support client and campaign strategy
  • Be responsible for your Media Buyer team’s delivery of strategic recommendations, flawless execution, and insightful reporting to the in-market Account Management teams
  • Manage day-to-day execution of media performance by reviewing and monitoring campaigns as well as personally setting up and managing campaigns when needed
  • Ensure the advertising campaigns your team is managing deliver against clients’ pacing and performance goals and that your team’s deliverables are of the highest quality
  • Coach and develop team members of different experience levels to help them achieve growth within their roles
  • Share your media performance expertise and continue to grow your knowledge base and expertise across social and digital channels 
  • Help build and lead a team that delivers unbeatable ad performance, inclusive of training, process enforcement, and innovation
  • Utilize media expertise to support team who builds, launches, and optimizes campaigns across all major social platforms with a focus on flawless execution
  • Ensure organization wide processes are followed and consistently work to up-level processes
  • Lead media oriented trainings to help the team drive our clients’ businesses forward

Requirements

  • BA with an emphasis on marketing, advertising, or business; preferably a degree in Economics, Accounting, Mathematics, or Statistics
  • 5-7+ years of account management experience, preferably 2+ years of which were spent in digital media (knowledge of DV360 and programmatic landscape a plus) 
  • 2-3+ years experience managing teams with individuals of varied experience levels
  • 3+ years of digital media experience
  • Experience managing and growing multiple teams
  • Proven track record of strengthening and growing new and existing client relationships
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated critical thinking ability
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Self-starter who thrives in a rapidly-changing environment
  • Energetic, relentless drive to succeed, team player
