HUMAN was founded in 2012 in a Brooklyn sci-fi bookstore by Tamer Hassan, Michael Tiffany, Dan Kaminsky, and Ash Kalb. HUMAN is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join a dynamic team driving the future success of our partners . You will work strategically to maximize our client's protection in real time, while focusing on the value our customers see from you and manage the complete customer lifecycle. Our technology is critical to our clients; as a core member of this team, your job is to ensure flawless customer service, with empathetic engagement, technical savviness, and deep product knowledge. Your exceptional organizational skills allow you to keep many balls in the air at the same time. You will be responsible for managing the day to day relationships with your accounts, being the voice of the customer in our organization, and the voice of HUMAN to the customer. The relationship you build with your managed clients have a direct impact on our product - both in the short and long term to ensure the needs of the client are heard and met.
What you'll do:
- Expand and develop client relationships to build and maintain deep-level partnerships
- Provide exceptional customer support and service to partners both within and outside HUMAN
- Work closely with all teams and organizations within HUMAN including Sales, Tech Support, Engineering, Product team members, ensuring excellence in implementation of all processes and workflows that touch clients
- Learn Customer’s use cases and proactively collect feedback on product and service design
- Work with Product, Detection and Technical Operations teams to investigate, evaluate, and improve processes to better service our partners
- Understand our client’s strategies and help drive success for both our partners and the company
- Speak the language of our partners, continuously learning about what client personas are and constantly understand the changing success metrics our clients have
- Bring part of the Media Security team you will work closely with partners in the Ad Tech and Media space (like SSP/DSPs/Publishers/Platforms)
- You will learn and understand the technical breakdown of supply paths for advertising campaigns
Who you are:
- Have worked in client-facing roles with a focus on servicing partners
- Open mind to learn and grow yourself both personally and professionally
- Technical savviness preferred but not necessarily required if willingness to learn and grow
- Accountable and self-motivated - you are eager to learn everyday, own timelines and ensure deliverables are met
- Technically minded, interested in how things work
- Command strong organizational and communication skills
- Work with Sales and Product leads to develop core data and storyline for Business Review and client presentations
- Have experience or interest in the Ad Tech industry
